Gregorio is the leader of Finca Victoria, located in Pozuzo, province of Oxapampa, Pasco. It is a unique city due to the fusion of German-Austrian and Amazonian-Peruvian culture. He grows coffee as a family, together they dedicate themselves entirely to farm work, concerned with constantly innovating in their processes, as well as in the use of natural products that allow achieving exotic coffee profiles. The coffee is grown at 1,750 meters above sea level, new fermentation processes are practiced on the farm, which allows the coffee to stand out for its qualities and make it very special.
